  • Feeling lost and uncertain about their future. They may be struggling to make decisions about their education, career, or life in general.
  • Feeling overwhelmed by the choices available to them. There are so many different careers and paths to choose from, it can be hard to know where to start.
  • Not sure what they are passionate about or what they want to do with their life. They may not have any clear goals or interests, and they may be feeling directionless.
  • Afraid of making the wrong choice and ending up in a job they hate. They may be worried about making a decision that will impact their future happiness and success.
  • Not sure how to start researching careers or finding opportunities. They may not know where to start learning about different careers or how to find opportunities.
  • Lacking in confidence or motivation. They may be feeling down on themselves or like they don’t have what it takes to succeed in their career.
  • Having trouble communicating with their parents or teachers about their career goals. They may not feel comfortable talking to their parents or teachers about their career goals, or they may not be getting the support they need from them.

If you see any of these signs in a teenage student, it may be a good idea to encourage them to seek career coaching. A career coach can help them to clarify their goals, explore their interests, and develop a plan for their future.

With the right support, teenage students can make informed decisions about their future and develop a plan for success.
